Kirch, Attorney – Primary emphasis of practice has been on Estate Planning and Administration, including Wills, Trusts, Estate and Gift Tax Planning, Probate and Elder Law.  A wide range of exposure to other areas of practice includes Real Estate and Corporate Law, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and other Corporate Entities, Commercial Leases, Purchase and Sale of Businesses and Professional Practices, Tax Return Preparation, Tax Exempt Organizations, Pretrial Motions, Discovery and Appeals.

Charles E. Rounds, Attorney – Primary emphasis of practice has been on Estate Administration. In addition to Estate Administration, other areas of practice include Estate Planning, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Probate Litigation and Guardianships/Conservatorships.

Sierra R. Smith, Associate Attorney – Primary emphasis of practice has been on Estate Administration. In addition to Estate Administration, other areas of practice include Estate Planning and Probate Litigation.

Tina M. Dorau, Office Manager – Over 30 years of experience with Denver/Metropolitan Law Firms. Primary duties include Human Resources, hire/train staff, marketing, office technology, and vendor negotiating. Other duties include estate administration, estate planning, real estate, and client contact.

Julia F. Wilcox, Law Clerk – Primary duties include tasks related to Estate Administration and Estate Planning.

Megan M. McLean, Administrative Assistant – Primary duties are front desk duties, including answering phones, client contact, records-keeping, maintaining appointments log, enhance company security, inventory supplies, and file organization.
