Our billing of attorney fees is based on our hourly rates. Any estimate given is subject to change as the result of unknown circumstances, additional information, and other factors which increase the time required to complete the particular client matter as to which our services are being rendered. In addition, costs incurred on behalf of client not paid directly by the client will be billed to the client, including extraordinary postage and photocopying expenses, express mail charges, court filing fees, service of process, deposition copies, and real estate recording fees.
